Vision Vitamins
We have all at some point experienced eye trouble - whether it was tired eyes, blurred vision or sensitivity to light. One of the main reasons behind eye trouble is a poor diet. Aside from not straining the eyes from too much intense close work, using a computer daily or inadequate light, it is important to eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
