We first take select tea leaves and steam them to bring out their best flavor and preserve their natural antioxidants. We then blend the finished leaves with matcha, the prized ground green tea used in the Japanese tea ceremony. The result is a tea with a vibrant green color and a mellow, clean taste that can be savored any time of day.

ITO EN green tea contains naturally occurring antioxidants, which may potentially provide a wide range of health benefits.

Brewing: To bring the best flavor from our green tea, always use fresh water under the boil.

To prepare, use one tea bag for one cup of water that is slightly under ythe boiling pint (ideally 190F). Steep for 1-2 minutes, remove bag and enjoy.
